18 GL Terms and Conditions

Welcome to 18 GL. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 18 GL platform available at 18gl.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 18 GL.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 18 GL platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To create an account and use the 18 GL platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 18 GL strictly prohibits access to minors. Creating an account on behalf of, or facilitating access for, any person under 18 years old is a serious violation of these Terms and Philippine law.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and not subject to any local, national, or international law that prohibits or restricts your participation in online gambling.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 18 GL, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless written consent has been obtained from 18 GL management.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the 18 GL platform or from gambling generally under any Philippine responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

18 GL reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point. Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.

You may open only one account on 18 GL. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal information or different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances.

Information You Provide

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested at the time of registration or during subsequent identity verification. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms.

Identity Verification (KYC)

18 GL is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on members who reach certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds. You may be asked to provide a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, UMID, or similar) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If your mobile number or payment method details change, please update your account settings promptly. 18 GL is not responsible for failed transactions or delayed communications resulting from outdated account information.

Your 18 GL account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — are your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Never share your login details with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out from shared devices after each session.
• Contact 18 GL support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

18 GL will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 18 GL that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

18 GL is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your sharing of login details with any third party.

All deposits to your 18 GL account are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 18 GL accepts deposits through the following payment methods:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 18 GL does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are available for wagering immediately upon confirmed receipt by 18 GL's payment system.
• 18 GL reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before processing withdrawals of the relevant funds.

18 GL is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary barriers. Winnings are yours — we want them in your hands as quickly as our systems allow.

Withdrawal Processing

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.
• 18 GL processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

Withdrawal Conditions

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds before withdrawing.
• KYC verification must be completed for accounts exceeding certain cumulative withdrawal thresholds as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• 18 GL reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours to conduct security and fraud checks. You will be informed if this applies to your account.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The name on your withdrawal account must match the name on your 18 GL account.

18 GL regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional offers to members. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in each individual promotion:

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met on bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits vary by promotion. These details are published on the relevant promotion page and are binding.
• 18 GL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Notice will be given where possible, but this is not always practicable for time-sensitive changes.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value outside of their stated wagering context.
• Players who are found to be exploiting promotional offers through coordinated or systematic betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome may have their bonuses removed and their accounts reviewed.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and other fixed-odds wagering on the 18 GL platform:

Bet Placement

• Bets are only confirmed when you receive a bet reference number and the selection appears in your My Bets section. A bet is not confirmed by simply clicking odds — you must complete the full bet placement process including staking and confirmation.
• The minimum single bet stake is ₱50. Maximum stakes vary by market and event; limits are displayed on the bet slip at time of placement.
• 18 GL reserves the right to limit or refuse a bet at its discretion, particularly for accounts identified as sharp or where a bet would create excessive liability on a single outcome.

Void Bets

• Bets on matches or events that are postponed or abandoned before the applicable completion point are voided and stakes returned, unless the event is replayed or completed within 48 hours and the relevant competition rules provide a result.
• Bets placed after an event has started due to a technical error that failed to close the market in time will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on incorrect prices due to a manifest error may be voided at 18 GL's discretion. Manifest errors include but are not limited to obviously incorrect scores, transposed odds, or pricing derived from corrupted data feeds.

In-Play Betting

In-play bets are subject to the same general rules above with the additional condition that all live bets are accepted subject to the current live prices at the moment of confirmation — not at the price displayed when you first clicked an odds button. Prices update in real time and the confirmed price is the price shown at the moment your bet is accepted by the system.

Parlays and Accumulators

In a parlay, if one leg is voided, that leg is removed and the parlay continues with the remaining selections recalculated at the combined odds of the surviving legs. A single-event parlay containing only voided selections will have the full stake returned.

All casino games and slot titles available on 18 GL use certified Random Number Generator systems audited by independent testing laboratories. These certifications ensure that game outcomes are random, unbiased, and cannot be influenced by 18 GL, the game provider, or the player.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 18 GL's server, the server record shall be the authoritative result.
• Disconnections during a game round do not void the round. Server records will determine the final outcome of any interrupted session. If your bet was registered before disconnection, it will be settled based on the server outcome.
• Progressive jackpots are awarded subject to the specific conditions of each jackpot-linked game, as described in that game's paytable. Jackpot wins are verified by 18 GL's system before payout is processed.
• 18 GL does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific game. Games may be removed from the platform at any time due to provider contracts, regulatory requirements, or technical reasons.
• Bingo games are subject to the specific rules of each bingo room as presented by the host at the beginning of each session. General bingo rules are available on the Bingo page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18 GL platform. Engaging in any of these actions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or creating accounts in another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through known bugs must be reported to 18 GL support and may be voided.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes in multiplayer games.
• Bonus abuse — systematically exploiting promotional offers through coordinated or artificially balanced wagering patterns.
• Money laundering — using the 18 GL platform to deposit, layer, or extract proceeds of criminal activity. 18 GL is required to report suspicious financial activity to Philippine authorities.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform from a blocked jurisdiction via VPN or other means.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 18 GL staff or other players in any communication channel.

All content on the 18 GL platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the property of 18 GL or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any 18 GL content without prior written consent from 18 GL. Unauthorised use of 18 GL's intellectual property may result in legal action.

Game content including slot graphics, live dealer video feeds, and sports data is owned by the respective third-party providers and is subject to those providers' licensing terms. 18 GL licences this content for display on the platform only.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 18 GL's liability to any member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18 GL is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profit, revenue, or data arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a member's own error in placing a bet or playing a game, including but not limited to selecting the wrong outcome, wrong stake, or wrong game.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to that member's failure to maintain password security.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages even if 18 GL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits 18 GL's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

18 GL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Our full Privacy Policy is available at 18gl.app/privacy-policy.

By using the 18 GL platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and communications related to your account and our services.

18 GL does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and PAGCOR as required by law. All data processors engaged by 18 GL are bound by confidentiality obligations.

18 GL is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to help members manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Increases take 72 hours to apply; decreases are immediate.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss amounts per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period without the permanence of full self-exclusion.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 18 GL. This option is irreversible for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests can be made via the Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support.

18 GL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.

The most current version of these Terms is always accessible on this page. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 18 GL platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with an amendment, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw your balance before the amendment takes effect. Contact support at support@18gl.app to initiate account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 18 GL through our internal complaints process. Complaints can be submitted to support@18gl.app. 18 GL will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through our internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Details of PAGCOR's player complaint process are available on PAGCOR's official website.
