🔒 Your Security at 18 GL

Every 18 GL Login Is Protected by Enterprise-Grade Security

When you log in to 18 GL, your account and data are protected by multiple layers of security. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 18 GL is required to maintain strict security standards — but we go beyond the minimum because the trust of our Filipino members matters more than regulatory compliance alone.

Here's what protects your 18 GL account every time you log in:

256-Bit SSL / TLS Encryption

Every page on 18 GL — especially the login page — is served over HTTPS with 256-bit SSL/TLS. Your credentials are encrypted from your device to our servers and cannot be read in transit.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable 2FA from your account settings to require an OTP via SMS every time you log in from a new device or location. Even if someone gets your password, they can't access your 18 GL account without your phone.

Device & Location Monitoring

18 GL flags login attempts from unfamiliar devices or locations. If a login is flagged as suspicious, we notify you immediately via SMS and email and may require additional verification before access is granted.

Automatic Session Timeout

For your protection, 18 GL automatically logs out inactive sessions after a set period. This prevents unauthorised access if you forget to log out on a shared device.

Account Lockout Protection

After multiple failed login attempts, 18 GL temporarily locks the account and sends an alert. This protects against brute-force attacks. Contact our support team to unlock your account quickly.

How to Log In to 18 GL — Step by Step

Logging in to your 18 GL account is straightforward. If you ever run into an issue, this guide covers the most common situations — from a forgotten password to logging in on a new device.

Go to the 18 GL Login Page

Visit 18gl.app/login on any browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or the built-in browser on your Android or iOS device. The login page loads in under 2 seconds on any Philippine mobile network.

Enter Your Username / Email or Mobile

Use the Username/Email tab to log in with your registered credentials, or switch to the Mobile Number tab to receive an OTP to your registered Philippine number.

Enter Your Password or OTP

Type your password (use the eye icon to show/hide it) or enter the 6-digit OTP sent to your mobile. Both methods are equally secure.

Check "Remember Me" on Your Personal Device

On your own phone or laptop, tick "Remember me" to stay logged in between sessions. Never use this on a shared device or public computer.

You're In — Start Playing

Once logged in, you land on your 18 GL dashboard. Check your balance, browse promotions, and jump straight into baccarat, slots, or sports betting. Tara na!

❓ Login Help

Common Login Questions

Most login issues at 18 GL are resolved in under a minute. The answers below cover the most common situations members run into. If your issue isn't covered here, our 24/7 live chat support team is always available on the 18 GL platform.

Remember that 18 GL support will never ask for your password. If you receive an unsolicited message claiming to be 18 GL support and asking for your credentials, do not respond — contact us directly through the official live chat on 18gl.app.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page or use the Mobile OTP tab to log in without a password. For username/email login, you'll receive a password reset link at your registered email address. Check your spam/junk folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. Alternatively, contact our live chat support — after verifying your identity, our team can initiate a reset for you.

Account lockouts at 18 GL are triggered by multiple failed login attempts and are a security feature, not a penalty. You'll receive an SMS alert when your account is locked. To unlock: wait 30 minutes for an automatic unlock, or contact our 24/7 live chat support team immediately. After identity verification, we can unlock your account straight away and walk you through how to recover your credentials.

18 GL monitors login patterns for security. A login may be flagged if you're accessing your account from a new device, a different city or region, or via a VPN or proxy. When flagged, we'll send an OTP to your registered mobile number to verify it's really you. If you receive a security alert and didn't attempt a login, contact our support team immediately — this may indicate someone else is trying to access your account.

OTP delivery can occasionally be delayed by a few minutes depending on your mobile network (Globe, Smart, DITO). Wait 60 seconds and try resending. Check that the mobile number shown in the login form matches your registered Philippine number. If delivery continues to fail, switch to the Username/Email login method or contact our support team via live chat — we can verify your identity and help you regain access.

Yes. Tick the "Remember me" checkbox during login to maintain your session across browser closures on your personal device. For security, active sessions time out after a period of inactivity even with "Remember me" enabled, and 18 GL may require re-authentication if it detects unusual activity. We strongly recommend not using "Remember me" on shared, borrowed, or public devices.

Act immediately: change your password right away via the account settings or password reset flow. Then contact our live chat support team and report the unauthorised access — our security team can review your login history, terminate all active sessions, and investigate any transactions made without your authorisation. We take account security incidents very seriously and will work quickly to secure your account and protect your balance.
