Account & Registration

Registering on 18 GL is free and takes under two minutes. Go to 18gl.app/register, choose a username and password, enter your email address, then provide your full name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Confirm that you are 18 or older, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit. Your account is active immediately — no email confirmation wait required. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on 18 GL. This is a strict requirement under PAGCOR licensing conditions and Philippine law. Note that closed accounts cannot be reopened, but self-exclusion accounts may be reinstated after the exclusion period.
Deposits & Payments

Log in to your 18 GL account and go to Wallet → Deposit. Select GCash or Maya from the payment method list, enter your deposit amount (minimum ₱100), and confirm. You'll be redirected to the GCash or Maya app to approve the transaction. Once approved, funds credit to your 18 GL balance instantly — usually within a few seconds. GCash and Maya deposits typically credit within 30 seconds. Bank transfers via InstaPay take up to 30 minutes; PESONet may take up to one banking day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, check that the transaction was approved in your payment app (no error messages or pending status). Then contact our live chat support with your transaction reference number and approximate deposit time — we'll investigate and credit your account manually if the funds were received on our end.

18 GL does not charge deposit fees on our side. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside our control and not refunded by 18 GL. For GCash and Maya deposits, there are typically no fees. For bank transfers and card payments, check your provider's terms. The full amount you authorise is credited to your 18 GL account after any provider fees are deducted at source.
Withdrawals

Log in to your 18 GL account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred payment method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount you want to withdraw, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval during business hours, and within 1–2 hours at off-peak times.

The minimum withdrawal at 18 GL is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. For bank transfers, the minimum is typically ₱500. Daily withdrawal limits for unverified accounts are lower — completing KYC raises your daily limit significantly. VIP members enjoy higher daily withdrawal limits as part of their tier benefits.

Most GCash and Maya withdrawals complete in under 15 minutes. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 24 hours, your bet typically remains valid for the rescheduled time. If the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 24 hours, your bet is voided and your stake is returned to your 18 GL wallet.
